We assist participants to travel safely to medical appointments, community activities, work, or social engagements. Our staff can accompany you or support you to use public transport independently.

Our registered nurses deliver clinical nursing supports in the home and community including medication management, wound care, health monitoring, and coordination with your medical team.

We work with participants to access and manage Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA) — purpose-built housing with the features and supports needed to live safely and comfortably.

Group & Centre Based Activities

Our group programs bring participants together for social activities, skill development, arts and crafts, fitness, and community outings — fostering friendships, fun, and a sense of belonging.

Under Registration Group 0104, we are specifically approved to provide:
