AJ Care Support Service Pty Ltd was founded with a clear purpose: to close the gap in quality, person-centred disability support for Victorians. From our base in Clyde North, we serve participants across the greater Melbourne region and beyond.
We have built a team of skilled, compassionate support workers who share our commitment to putting participants first. Our founders, Aderemi and Oluwaseyi Taiwo, bring both personal and professional experience in disability and community care.
We believe that every person deserves support that respects their individuality, honours their choices, and helps them achieve what matters most. That belief drives everything we do.

Aderemi brings extensive experience in disability support and care management. As CEO, she leads AJ Care's commitment to person-centred, quality support that empowers every participant.

Director
Oluwaseyi oversees the strategic direction and operations of AJ Care Support Service, ensuring the organisation maintains the highest standards of care and compliance as a registered NDIS provider.
